Job Description

Job Description:

The Executive Director, Workforce Engineering and Transformation leads the enterprise capability for translating organizational and People Strategy priorities into future workforce requirements, integrated transformation project portfolios, and measurable workforce outcomes. The role brings together workforce strategy and engineering, strategic workforce planning, HR portfolio and program management, change and transition management, people analytics enablement, and People Strategy execution into a coordinated operating model.

For the CHRO and Senior Vice President of HR, the Executive Director works with the HR Leadership Team, operational and clinical leaders, Finance, IT, Data & Insights, the Strategy and Transformation Office, Office of the CEO, and other enterprise partners to determine what work the organization will need, how work and roles should evolve, what mix of talent and technology is required, and how complex workforce transformations should be prioritized and executed. The role is accountable for building the governance, methods, leadership capability, and decision disciplines required to move from strategy through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.

The Executive Director leads the Director, Workforce Strategy & Engineering, and the Director, HR Strategy Realization, and provides leadership to the People Strategy function. Together, these capabilities create a closed-loop system connecting strategy, workforce design, analytics, execution, change adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish expectations for People Strategy performance reporting so senior executives and HR leaders can monitor execution, workforce outcomes, risks, and realized impact

  • For AI automation, augmentation, role redesign, and workforce restructuring, ensure leaders have clear transition strategies addressing reskilling, redeployment, role changes, capacity shifts, labor implications, and employee experience
  • Create a closed-loop process in which execution performance and workforce outcomes inform future strategy, investment, and design decisions

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
