Asesor de Carreras Foráneo

Objetivo:

Lograr la consecución de meta de alumnos inscritos al término de cada ciclo de atracción estudiantil, trabajando de manera colaborativa y transversal, tomando como herramientas esenciales el servicio, la atención personalizada, a través de una estrategia diferenciada por

preparatoria que garantice la mejor experiencia para nuestros futuros alumnos.

Responsabilidades principales:

Ejecutar las estrategias de prospección de alumnos de primer ingreso para el cumplimiento de la meta de población de primer ingreso.

Brindar seguimiento puntual y oportuno a la base de datos de los prospectos del mercado asignado.

Brindar atención presencial o virtual a los prospectos y familias en los eventos institucionales (SOY UDEM, OPEN HOUSE, Reunión Anual con Directores, Sesiones Informativas, Visitas en Campus).

Apoyar en eventos de la Dirección de Atracción Estudiantil (Prepas, Posgrado, Carreras)

Mantener una estrecha relación con las instituciones de nivel medio superior en el mercado asignado.

Generar nuevas oportunidades de mercado o de ingresos (AP, Posgrados, Prepa, Legado).

Realizar la correcta y oportuna gestión en CRM del seguimiento de los prospectos y sus padres de familia para la realización de futuros análisis por parte de operación comercial.

Estudios Académicos:

Licenciatura en relaciones internacionales, psicología, negocios, o afín.

Habilidades Requeridas:

MS Office, Ingles conversacional.

Competencias:

Planeación, organización, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados, Orientación al cliente.

Ofrecemos:

Prestaciones de ley y tarjeta de restaurante (Subsidiada al 80%). Después de 3 meses prestaciones superiores.
