Objetivo del puesto: Asegurar y realizar el correcto registro operativo de otros ingresos (depósitos bancarios) no referenciados de la Universidad a través de la conciliación bancaria de cuentas especificas; así como del puntual cumplimiento en tiempo de la Facturación electrónica de totalidad de la Universidad, garantizar el registro contable de los ingresos de las unidades de negocio de Universidad de Monterrey y sus plataformas digitales establecidas, asegurando la correcta configuración de reglas contables precios y servicios ofrecidos y otros ingresos, desarrollo de plataformas digitales para otros servicios y productos de UDEM y además de la coordinación de servicios financieros de residencias.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Asegurarse de que el equipo registre todos los depósitos bancarios recibidos por nuestros clientes distintos a colegiaturas y servicios escolares de la universidad que no se encuentren referenciados de las cuentas bancarias 91 y 309 y 83.

2. Administrar y asegurar diariamente la facturación electrónica masiva e individual de los ingresos obtenidos por la universidad y las unidades de negocio Udem, así como de habilitar la configuraciones necesarias para que la facturación se emita sin contratiempos y conforme a las normas fiscales vigentes.

3. Desarrollar e implementar las interfaces y procesos de comunicación entre las plataformas digitales y el ERP banner y portal de Facturación.

4. Ejecutar en tiempo de la emisión de facturación de la cuenta por cobrar de UDEM.

5. Conciliar la facturación emitida vs la efectivamente timbrada por el SAT.

6. Control de la emisión y el timbrado para UDEM y DEABP.

7. Atender y dar seguimiento a auditoria interna y externa para revisión del proceso de ingresos.

8. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua de los procesos administrativos de Ingresos, Colegiaturas y sus afines.

Requisitos indispensables:

Licenciatura concluida en Administración o Contaduría

Conocimientos en Facturación, Contabilidad y Conciliación

Ofrecemos:

Prestaciones de ley y tarjeta de restaurante (Subsidiada al 80%).

Después de 3 meses prestaciones superiores.
