Responsable Logística Gaming Lab

Objetivo Planificar la logística, administrar la oferta de cursos, asegurar la rentabilidad, los estándares de calidad y la atención a clientes, así como gestionar las ventas y planificar las estrategias de marketing de la oferta de experiencias Gaming Lab UDEM.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar la ejecución de campañas y acciones promocionales de Gaming Lab, asegurando la disponibilidad en tiempo y forma de los materiales de promoción, el seguimiento de indicadores de generación y calidad de leads, y la optimización continua de los procesos comerciales para maximizar la efectividad de las campañas y la conversión de prospectos.
  • Gestionar los proceso administrativos y financieros de Gaming Lab, asegurando la creación de cartas presupuestales, administrar los presupuestos, realizar pagos y consolidación de ingresos.
  • Ejecutar las ventas y atención a prospectos para las experiencias (productos) Gaming Lab UDEM asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas financieras para cada una de las experiencias. Llevando el control de las ventas, las base de datos de clientes en CRM, así como la generación de reportes de ventas.

Estudios Académicos: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Administración o afín.

Experiencia

  • Marketing, campañas y estrategia de prospección y ventas B2C.
  • Alta orientación y servicio al cliente.
  • Organización y logística de eventos.
  • Administración de presupuestos.

Habilidades:

  • Comunicación efectiva y empática con clientes.
  • Conocimiento de uso de consolas y videojuegos (deseable).
  • Inglés básico.
  • Manejo de presupuesto y administración.

Disponibilidad:

  • De Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:30 hrs. Modalidad hibrida 60/40.
  • Fines de semana cuando se tenga evento programado.

Ofrecemos:
