Ejecutar el proceso de facturación (si aplica), recuperación y seguimiento de la cartera, mediante una cobranza proactiva, conciliaciones permanentes y atención oportuna de diferencias; contribuyendo a mantener niveles saludables de liquidez y capital de trabajo, mejorando el flujo de caja de la empresa y fortaleciendo la relación con el cliente.

Responsabilidades

RESPONSABILIDADES: Gestionar y realizar el cobro oportuno de la cartera, priorizando la reducción de mora y el seguimiento a saldos vencidos. Contactar a los clientes por correo, llamadas o plataformas, registrando compromisos de pago y actualizando su información en los datos maestros. Enviar estados de cuenta actualizados con vencimientos e historial de pagos, manteniendo la conciliación con los clientes. Generar y presentar informes de balance de cartera a las áreas financieras y comerciales, asegurando visibilidad de clientes en mora. Aplicar y registrar los pagos en el ERP, reportando su aplicación a contabilidad y coordinando con tesorería (si aplica) la correcta imputación. Controlar anticipos, pagos no identificados y realizar compensaciones entre cuentas por cobrar y por pagar (si aplica) cuando corresponda. Coordinar con facturación (si aplica), contabilidad y área comercial la resolución de reclamos o inconsistencias relacionadas con la facturación y cobros. Planificar los cobros semanales y coordinar la gestión de recaudos con tesorería (si aplica).Participar en reuniones de seguimiento financiero y contribuir con reportes e indicadores de gestión de cartera.Ejecutar las demás funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato.

Formación

Tecnólogo o estudiante de últimos semestres en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o afines.

Experiencia

Mínimo 2 años en cargos de manejo de cartera o cobranzas de clientes empresariales y experiencia en atención al cliente.
