Je focust sterk op Financial Controlling, maar hebt tegelijk een duidelijke connectie met de operationele business. Je analyseert niet alleen de financiële cijfers, maar kijkt ook naar de operationele KPI's en dashboards die het verhaal achter de cijfers vertellen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de controllingactiviteiten van een belangrijke business unit en neemt daarnaast zelf de verantwoordelijkheid op voor een specifieke Service Line.
  • Je ondersteunt de Service Line Leaders en Business Controllers bij de maandelijkse opvolging van actuals, forecasts en budgetten.
  • Je analyseert zowel financiële resultaten als operationele KPI's en dashboards.
  • Je verzorgt de maandelijkse rapportering en onderhoudt rapporten waarmee trends en afwijkingen ten opzichte van het budget duidelijk in kaart worden gebracht.
  • Je coördineert het jaarlijkse budgetproces en de kwartaalmatige forecastprocessen voor de business unit.
  • Je helpt bij de integratie van nieuwe acquisities binnen de bestaande financiële processen en systemen.
  • Je bouwt een sterke samenwerking op met collega Service Line Controllers en operationele teams.
  • Je fungeert als een echte business partner en helpt stakeholders om op basis van data en inzichten de juiste beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt een Masterdiploma in Economie, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig en 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in controlling en financiële rapportering.
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt een goede kennis van rapportering en financiële & operationele data.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, planmatig en proactief en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een echte business partner en weet financiële inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties.
