La Maison d’Accueil Spécialisée (MAS) Les Acacias est un établissement situé à Pierrefeu-du-Var. Elle accueille 77 adultes en situation de handicap complexe, notamment des personnes présentant des troubles psychiques ou des troubles du spectre de l’autisme. Ces personnes ont une altération significative de leurs capacités de décision et d'action dans les actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne, nécessitant un accompagnement médical et éducatif constant.

En tant qu’accompagnant éducatif et social, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Soutenir les usagers dans la réalisation des gestes du quotidien, tels que la toilette, l’habillage, les repas et les déplacements
  • Favoriser l’autonomie, encourager la participation sociale et respecter l’expression des choix personnels
  • Offrir un soutien émotionnel individualisé, en établissant une relation de confiance et en répondant aux besoins relationnels spécifiques de chaque personne
  • Être impliqué dans les projets de vie de chaque résident pour favoriser son bien être

Qualifications :

  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme d’État d’Accompagnant Éducatif et Social (DEAES)
  • Vous avez de l’expérience auprès de personnes en situation de handicap, vieillissement, ou grande dépendance appréciée

Vous êtes :

  • Empathique, bienveillant et à l’écoute
  • Doté d’un esprit d’équipe, vous êtes fiable, attentif et capable d’observer finement les situations pour y répondre de manière adaptée
  • Faire preuve d’une grande adaptabilité face à des situations diversifiées, aux besoins variés des individus
  • Si pour vous accompagner c’est aussi écouter, rassurer, faire rire parfois et adoucir souvent, alors vous êtes au bon endroit !
