The posting

Executive Assistant to CEO at Unbox Robotics

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal use of the CEO's time.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
  • Schedule, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for meetings attended by the CEO.
  • Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Manage and maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
  • Ensure proper version control and accessibility of important documents.
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other engagements involving the CEO.
  • Conduct research on various topics as directed by the CEO.
  • Provide summaries and analysis of information to support decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Good to Have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven Experience/Skills in project management

Eligible Candidates:

  • Desired Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0-5 Years
