Mit mehr als 3 Jahren Erfahrung in der Top-Managementberatung hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dich bei uns als „Project Manager“ zu bewerben. Neben der operativen Leitung von mehreren anspruchsvollen Projekten gehören die persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung unserer Berater:innen sowie der weitere Aufbau unserer Firma zu Deinem Aufgabenprofil. Du wirst zunächst vorzugsweise auf Projekten und Themen eingesetzt, in denen Du Deine Stärken und bereits aufgebauten Klientenbeziehungen voll ausspielen kannst. Währenddessen erhältst Du stets Unterstützung durch einen ebenfalls senioren „Buddy“, der Dir den Start bei uns erleichtert. Angesichts der schnellen Entwicklung von undconsorten bieten sich darüber hinaus diverse Möglichkeiten, unsere Firma aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.

WIR SUCHEN

  • 3-5- jährige Erfahrung in einer Top-Managementberatung oder einer vergleichbaren strategischen Position mit erster Personalverantwortung
  • Begeisterung für die Zukunfts- und Schlüsselthemen der Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Organisationen, sowie entsprechende fachliche Expertise und Netzwerke in mindestens einem der Bereiche rund um Strategische Ausrichtung, Operating Model, Leadership, Team Performance, HR Transformation, Unternehmenskultur und Change Management
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen in der Klientenorganisation gesamthaft zu denken, voranzutreiben und umzusetzen
  • Erfahrung in der effektiven Steuerung von Teams und Spaß an der Entwicklung junger Kolleg:innen
  • Unternehmertum und innerer Antrieb, eine wachsende Firma vom ersten Tag in ihrer Entwicklung aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Empathie und die Fähigkeit, Klient:innen für sich zu begeistern
  • Ernsthaftigkeit und Humor, Bescheidenheit und Selbstbewusstsein
  • Exzellente Studienergebnisse (Master und/oder Promotion)
  • An unseren Standorten Berlin, München und Wien (im Aufbau)
