Ob frisch aus dem Studium oder mit erster relevanter Erfahrung – bei uns findest Du die passende Einstiegsmöglichkeit. Mit einem Master oder einer Promotion startest Du als Associate, während Du in der Regel mit 2-3 Jahren Erfahrung in einer renommierten Beratung oder in relevanten, beratungsnahen Bereichen wie Strategie oder Business Development als Senior Associate einsteigst.

Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen und Kolleginnen arbeitest Du von Beginn an auf spannenden Klientenprojekten. Du führst eigenständig Recherchen durch, analysierst Daten, strukturierst Inhalte, entwickelst Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unserer Klienten und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Workshops. Im Laufe der Zeit übernimmst Du immer mehr Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete oder kleinere Projekte und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Firma ein. Deine Entwicklung fördern wir dabei durch gezielte Lernangebote und den intensiven Austausch mit Deinem Team, sodass Du kontinuierlich wachsen und Dich bei uns weiterentwickeln kannst.
