Ambassadeur·rice de la marque, vous incarnez l’univers Undiz et faites rayonner votre boutique au quotidien avec style, exigence et audace. Passionné·e par la mode et l’univers lingerie, vous créez une expérience client inspirante, qualitative et fidèle à l’ADN de la marque : tendance, accessible et singulière.

Vous pilotez la performance globale de votre magasin avec énergie et sens du détail : animation commerciale, suivi des indicateurs, développement du chiffre d’affaires et excellence opérationnelle. Vous veillez à la mise en valeur des collections, au respect des standards de marque et à la cohérence de l’image Undiz.

Manager engagé·e, vous recrutez, accompagnez et développez vos équipes dans un climat positif et stimulant. Vous transmettez votre passion produit, fédérez autour d’objectifs communs et cultivez une dynamique collective tournée vers une performance durable, en embarquant chacun et chacune vers la réussite.

Votre profil

Vous êtes passionné·e par la mode, l’univers lingerie et le retail. Leader terrain, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en management et avez le goût du challenge commercial.

Exigeant·e et dynamique, vous combinez sens du résultat, sens du service client et capacité à faire grandir vos équipes. Attentif·ve à l’image de marque, aux tendances et à l’expérience client, vous portez une vision moderne et engagée du commerce.
