Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo a potenciais clientes, identificando suas necessidades e apresentando as soluções oferecidas pela empresa;
  • Atuar na comercialização dos produtos e serviços do Grupo UNEED;
  • Realizar contatos comerciais por telefone, WhatsApp e videochamadas;
  • Conduzir negociações, apresentar propostas e realizar o fechamento de vendas;
  • Gerenciar oportunidades comerciais em todas as etapas do funil de vendas;
  • Realizar follow-ups e acompanhar clientes durante o processo de negociação;
  • Trabalhar objeções e desenvolver estratégias para conversão de oportunidades;
  • Registrar e atualizar informações no CRM;
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e atuar para o alcance das metas estabelecidas;
  • Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e ações de desenvolvimento comercial.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com vendas, atendimento comercial ou negociação;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil proativo, persuasivo e orientado a resultados;
  • Habilidade para negociação e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Organização e facilidade para trabalhar com metas;
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e ferramentas digitais.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas;
  • Vivência com vendas por telefone, WhatsApp ou canais digitais;
  • Conhecimento em CRM e gestão de funil de vendas;
  • Experiência no segmento educacional.
