Work Arrangement: On-Site About the Role: The Supervisor, Indirect Procurement is responsible for leading the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities that support day-to-day business operations across the organization. This role oversees a team of procurement professionals while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company objectives. This position is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys balancing strategic sourcing initiatives with team leadership responsibilities, building strong supplier partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across procurement operations. What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day indirect procurement operations, ensuring purchasing activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development support for the procurement team Manage procurement requests through intake systems, workflow tools, and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely response and prioritization Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support organizational goals Oversee supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain contract management processes, including recordkeeping, renewals, compliance monitoring, and internal controls Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards to support operational consistency and compliance Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, leverage technology, and improve procurement efficiency Resolve complex procurement, supplier, and contract-related issues while ensuring strong customer service and stakeholder satisfaction

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Five (5) or more years of indirect procurement experience Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements and managing contracts Two (2) or more years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, preferably Icertis Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, contract negotiations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Experience supporting procurement operations in a complex or multi-functional business environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Ability to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Experience developing procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
