Función: Supply Chain Alcance: Nacional Ubicación: Heredia, Santa Rosa, La Valencia, Costa Rica Términos y condiciones: Full time- presencial. Bono de reubicación nacional o internacional no disponible.

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsable de coordinar y asegurar la confiabilidad de los inventarios y el adecuado control de los costos del Centro de Distribución, garantizando la correcta ejecución de inventarios fiscales y cíclicos, conciliación de diferencias, seguimiento de bodegas virtuales y control de productos dañados, vencidos y sujetos a destrucción.

Gestiona y da seguimiento a los indicadores de inventario, auditorías de procesos logísticos, reclamos y devoluciones de clientes, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los movimientos físicos y sistémicos en SAP y los controles asociados a la operación.

Asimismo, es responsable de realizar proyecciones de cierre, seguimiento de rentabilidad y control del presupuesto del Centro de Distribución y PTEX, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades que contribuyan a reducir pérdidas, mejorar la eficiencia y fortalecer el control financiero de la operación

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Asegurar la confiabilidad integral de los inventarios, garantizando la correcta conciliación entre inventario físico, WMS/SAP y registros administrativos, así como la integridad de los movimientos que impactan la operación.
  • Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de inventarios cíclicos, mensuales, fiscales y extraordinarios, asegurando cobertura total, trazabilidad de diferencias y cumplimiento de los controles establecidos.
  • Analizar desviaciones de inventario y su impacto financiero, identificando causas raíz, tendencias y riesgos recurrentes, y coordinando planes de acción que permitan prevenir pérdidas y fortalecer los controles.
  • Gestionar los principales riesgos asociados al inventario, incluyendo obsolescencia, lento movimiento, averías, vencimientos, devoluciones, reprocesos, destrucciones y bodegas virtuales, asegurando su adecuado tratamiento físico, sistémico y financiero.
  • Asegurar la integridad del cierre mensual de inventarios, anticipando y resolviendo movimientos pendientes, documentos en tránsito y otras diferencias que puedan afectar la información financiera, en coordinación con Logística, Finanzas, Planning y las áreas involucradas.
  • Generar análisis e insights para la toma de decisiones, conectando indicadores de inventario, costos y pérdidas con oportunidades de eficiencia, reducción de riesgos y mejora de la rentabilidad del Centro de Distribución.
  • Impulsar oportunidades de optimización de costos y prevención de pérdidas, participando en iniciativas de savings, mejora continua, eficiencia de recursos y proyectos CAPEX relacionados con la operación.
  • Fortalecer el ambiente de control y cumplimiento, liderando la preparación y seguimiento de auditorías internas, externas y fiscales, así como la ejecución de acciones derivadas de hallazgos.
  • Actuar como punto de conexión entre la operación y las áreas financieras, asegurando información confiable y oportuna para cierres, análisis financieros y decisiones relacionadas con inventarios y costos.
  • Promover una cultura de excelencia operativa, prevención y mejora continua, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de SHE, Calidad y controles internos aplicables al Centro de Distribución.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachillerato universitario o Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Producción Industrial o carrera afín.
  • De 3 a 4 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con inventarios, costos, gastos, cuentas contables o control financiero de operaciones en empresas FMCG
  • Experiencia sólida en control y conciliación de inventarios, análisis de diferencias, inventarios físicos/cíclicos y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Experiencia en análisis de costos y gastos, cierres mensuales, cuentas contables, desviaciones o seguimiento presupuestario.
  • Manejo de SAP y/o WMS, con entendimiento de la relación entre los movimientos físicos, sistémicos y su impacto financiero.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experiencia en Centros de Distribución, logística, manufactura o ambientes de Supply Chain con alta complejidad de inventarios.
  • Experiencia en auditorías, controles internos, análisis de pérdidas, obsolescencia y mejora continua.
  • Participación en iniciativas de savings, optimización de costos, CAPEX o eficiencia operativa.
