PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN

Asegurar el diseño, planificación y control de las capacidades logísticas de la operación en Chile, garantizando un balance óptimo entre servicio, costo y capacidad para soportar los planes comerciales del negocio.

Actuar como integrador entre Planning, Warehouse, Transporte, Customer Experience y Proveedores Logísticos, liderando iniciativas de mejora continua, digitalización y productividad logística.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Planificación de capacidad

  • Liderar el proceso de planificación de capacidades de almacenamiento y despacho de corto, mediano y largo plazo (MTCP / LTCP)
  • Identificar riesgos operacionales y proponer planes de mitigación para asegurar continuidad operacional.
  • Participar en foros de decisión de Supply Chain representando la visión logística y de capacidades.

Planificación y seguimiento de flujos operativos

  • Dirigir diariamente el flujo de la curva de ventas y la capacidad de despacho (SITU).
  • Administrar plan de capacidad a corto plazo, stock, ocupación y flujos de inbound.
  • Administrar stocks con terceros logísticos externos al CD.
  • Gestionar logística de proceso de Despacho Directo.
  • Mantener niveles sanos de ocupación y proyección de stocks por BU.
  • Gestionar con el operador logístico las eficiencias operativas necesarias.

Actualización y gestión de herramienta C2S

  • Mantener la herramienta actualizada para el correcto análisis de datos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización logística mediante análisis de costos de transporte, almacenamiento y distribución.
  • Coordinar Workshops de Cost to Serve.
  • Analizar información obtenida de la herramienta, dando visibilidad a las áreas relacionadas.
  • Liderar y gestionar proyectos surgidos por la herramienta para reducir costos.undefined

Transformación digital & análisis de datos

  • Identificar oportunidades de generación de valor a través de la digitalización de procesos/operaciones en la cadena logística.​
  • Diseñar y mantener dashboards ejecutivos para monitoreo de KPIs logísticos.
  • Desarrollar automatizaciones utilizando Power Platform, Power Query, Power BI o Python.
  • Transformar datos operacionales en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.
  • Promover una cultura de data-driven decision making dentro del área logística.

EXPERIENCIA OBLIGATORIA

  • Estudiantes avanzados/egresados de carreras como ingeniería industrial, licenciatura en logística, licenciatura en administración de empresa y afines.
  • Habilidades en negociación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo multidisciplinarios.
  • Agilidad - flexibilidad - digitalización - innovación
  • Conocimiento avanzado en PowerBI.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado.
  • +1 Años de experiencia laboral en Supply Chain.
  • Tener experiencia en posiciones que requieran planificación del trabajo en equipo y visión integral de procesos.

EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE

  • Conocimiento y aplicación de gestión de proyectos.
  • Poseer conocimientos y experiencia en la utilización de metodologías ágiles.
  • Deseable experiencia en Logística, Producción, Planning, Supply planning, Stock Policy, S&OP. SAP, SQL.
  • Skills en programación (Python, Macros, Data Analitycs).

  • Curiosidad y proactividad: Seguimiento a las tareas generadas en los diferentes foros donde LOP esté involucrada Visibilidad de manera proactiva de los diferentes riesgos asociados a los planes de IN/OUT.
