The posting

I – RESPONSABILIDADES:

Operar os equipamentos das linhas de envase de Aerosois de acordo com os procedimentos operacionais, de Segurança, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente da Unilever.

II - DESCRIÇÃO DAS PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

  • Abastecer, quando necessário, manualmente todos os materiais para a operação e produção nas linhas envase (bobina, tampas, latas, caixas, válvulas, cola e etiquetas);
  • Transportar internamente as linhas de envase todos os materiais necessários à produção;
  • Realizar análises de controle de qualidade do produto;
  • Realizar análises manuais dos parâmetros de controle e processo do material acabado;
  • Participar da atuação de Manutenção por Quebra ou Pequenas Paradas executadas pelos operadores técnicos ou de Manutenção Profissional;
  • Atuar nos processos e atividades, em busca de reduzir perdas e desperdícios através de kaizens da metodologia de UMS;
  • Executar todas as atividades relacionadas a limpeza e inspeção das atividades de Manutenção Autônoma;
  • Lançar informações via SAP Center.

III – FORMAÇÃO E EXPERIÊNCIAS NECESSÁRIAS:

  • Formação técnica em áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em processos industriais.

Desejável:

  • Experiência profissional anterior em indústrias de bens de consumo, principalmente em processos e procedimentos de Segurança e Qualidade;
  • Experiência profissional com trabalhos em equipe;
  • Experiência com métodos e metodologia de melhoria contínua.
