Missão do cargo:

Contribuir ativamente para a segurança e eficácia do cuidado ao paciente, atuando em toda a cadeia de suprimentos e assistência farmacêutica, participando da gestão logística, assegurando a qualidade de medicamentos e produtos para saúde e promovendo o uso racional e eficaz dos tratamentos no âmbito da cooperativa. Realizar atividades clínicas e interdisciplinares, baseando-se em boas práticas, evidências científicas e normas regulamentares, com o objetivo de garantir excelência no cuidado e apoiar as estratégias institucionais.

Principais Atividades:

1. Supervisionar as atividades da Cadeia de Suprimentos (seleção; aquisição; codificação; recebimento; armazenamento; dispensação e controle de estoque)

2. Prestar orientações e instruções relacionadas as normas da empresa, escala de trabalho, falhas e devios de rotina para colaboradores da equipe

3. Acompanhar os riscos do processo de dispensação (notificar, investigar e propor melhorias)

4. Avaliar devoluções de medicamentos e promover discussões com os envolvidos no processo para melhoria

5. Supervisionar execução de inventário, controle de validade, controle estoque (áreas do suprimentos, mochilas, carrinhos de emergência

6. Executar atividades da Farmácia Clínica com foco na melhoria continua e segurança do paciente

7. Supervisionar e garantir qualidade das atividades de manipulação

8. Garantir controles de dispensação e conformidade do estoque dos medicamentos Portaria N°344/98

9. Ministrar treinamentos para equipes que integram a área de Suprimentos e equipe multiprofissional

10. Prestar suporte técnico para equipe multiprofissional e todas as áreas que se fizer necessário

11. Participar de reuniões, discussões de casos clínicos e atividades didáticas e científicas da equipe

12. Executar atividades que garantam a coleta de dados e confecção de indicadores

13. Promover melhorias na cadeia medicamentosa

14. Atuar nos demais núcleos da área de suprimentos dentro do hospital sempre que necessário e em caso de férias ou substituição de farmacêutico

15. Garantir execução atividades conforme Legislação Farmacêutica e assumir Responsabilidade Técnica da sua área de atuação

16. Assumir a responsabilidade técnica da sua área de atuação

17. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior
