Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo (Engenharia Civil, Arquitetura e Urbanismo e áreas afins do negócio)
  • Especialização na área (Manutenção, Manutenção Hospitalar)
  • Informática Básica
  • Pacote Office Intermediário

Missão do cargo:

Manter a estrutura física de todos os estabelecimentos em plenas condições de uso no que diz respeito a segurança e funcionalidade.

Principais atividades:

1. Acolher os colaboradores de sua área em eventuais necessidades pessoais e profissionais

2. Monitorar a execução de atividades operacionais da equipe orientando que sejam executadas da melhor forma possível

3. Monitorar a execução de atividades realizadas por terceiros com objetivo de verificar a qualidade da execução e se o trabalho contratado realmente está sendo realizado

4. Acompanhar vistorias para manutenção de licenças e alvarás em órgãos públicos (prefeitura, corpo de bombeiros, vigilância sanitária FATMA e FAMAI)

5. Buscar propor e implantar melhorias aos processos de sua área

6. Controlar e garantir a segurança dos bens e imóveis da empresa

7. Efetuar a contratação e verificação de mão de obra para suprir necessidades da manutenção das estruturas

8. Identificar necessidades de manutenções estruturais como infiltrações e atuar de forma resolutiva

9. Acompanhar e analisar mensalmente os indicadores da sua área reportando os dados para o gestor imediato

10. Oferecer suporte para a equipe de trabalho da área em relação aos fluxos de trabalho e utilização de ferramentas

11. Participar das auditorias internas e externas

12. Participar de reuniões com gestores, referencias, fornecedores entre outros

13. Realizar avaliações de experiência, desempenho, feedback e aplicar medidas disciplinares

14. Realizar reuniões com a equipe para alinhar fluxos e informações pertinentes as rotinas

15. Acompanhar e realizar visitas de Benchmarking

16. Acompanhar visitas de fornecedores para definição de escopo de trabalho de maior impacto junto com a equipe operacional

17. Elaborar escopo de trabalho detalhados para contratação de fornecedores

18. Supervisionar as manutenções externas e internas (Empresas Terceirizadas) no Hospital Unimed e Núcleos da Unimed

19. Monitorar o cronograma de manutenções preventivas

20. Desenvolver projetos econômicos e de melhorias para a Cooperativa

21. Acompanhar a avaliação dos clientes internos em relação as ordens de serviço

22. Realizar avaliação de desempenho dos colaboradores da equipe

23. Aplicar medidas disciplinares nos colaboradores do setor

24. Prestar auxílio à coordenação nas questões pertinentes ao departamento

25. Avaliar o serviço de fornecedores terceirizados

26. Elaborar escala de compensação de horas equipe operacional

27. Realizar abertura e acompanhamento de RO

28. Monitorar e atualizar as melhorias através de Quali’s

29. Analisar Ouvidorias recebidas para trata-las

30. Monitorar a participação e aplicar treinamentos técnicos da equipe operacional em treinamentos internos e externos

31. Realizar os Feedbacks com os colaboradores operacionais da área

32. Realizar avaliações de desempenho da equipe operacional

33. Monitorar e elaborar o PDI (Plano de desenvolvimento individual) dos colaboradores da área

34. Realizar cronograma de férias da equipe operacional

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
