Craftor söker Arbetsledare – Mark till vår avdelning Stationer!

I rollen som arbetsledare arbetar nära företagets samlade kompetenser, underentreprenörer och leverantörer. I ditt arbete har du kontinuerligt stöd från projektledare och chef. Inom affärsområdet stationer skapar vi skräddarsydda och nyckelfärdiga ställverk och transformatorstationer över hela landet. Vi bygger ställverk i såväl stadsmiljö med komplexa och trånga förhållanden som transformatorstationer på landsbygden.

I rollen kommer du bland annat:

• Ansvara för daglig styrning och uppföljning av yrkesarbetare och UE

• Leda drift utav markarbetet så som maskinister och anläggare i fält, kontrollansvar på eventuella underentreprenörer

• Följa upp tidsplan och ekonomi med ansvarig projektledare

• Identifiera samt upprätta ändring- och tilläggsarbeten (ÄTA)

• Ansvara för mindre materialinköp för att hålla god produktionstakt

• Rapportera eventuella hinder eller framsteg till Projektledare

• Ansvara för att arbetet genomförs enligt fastställda krav på säkerhet, miljö, kvalitet

• Sammanställa egenkontroller för genomfört arbete

• Flerårig erfarenhet av rollen som arbetsledare inom mark och anläggningsbranschen

• God kommunikatör med en hög social kompetens

• Du är som person strukturerad och målinriktad

• Körkort med lägst B-behörighet

Stationeringsort är Sundsvall men resor till etableringar i norra Sverige förekommer.
