Till framgångsrika koncernen Culligan Nordic Group letar vi nu efter en Business Controller som vill vara med på en spännande resa. Vi söker dig som är i början av din karriär i rollen som Business Controller och som vill vara med och bidra till att utveckla controllerfunktionen i Norden så att den blir en väl fungerande och central stödfunktion för koncernen. Rapportering sker till Head of Business Control.

I denna rekrytering kommer vi att lägga stor vikt vid analytiska samt kommunikativa egenskaper tillsammans med högt driv och energi.

Arbetsuppgifter & ansvar

  • Bidra till utvecklingen av Controller-funktionen och säkerställa ett gott förtroende- och samarbete på avdelningen.
  • Genomföra analyser och kommentera finansiella och operativa rapporter i samband med månads-, kvartals-, och årsbokslut.
  • Underhålla och utveckla rapporteringsverktyg och finansiella modelleringsverktyg i Norden.
  • Bistå i arbetet med ad hoc-analyser, affärscase och andra leveranser.
  • Visa initiativ och nyfikenhet för att förbättra gruppen med avseende på lönsamhet, prestation, effektivitet och affärsoptimering.
  • Använd BI-verktyg (Power Bi) för att leverera meningsfulla insikter om affärsresultat.
  • Var en del av planeringsprocesserna såsom budget och prognos.
  • Ansvarar för att uppdatera och vidareutveckla process- och rutinbeskrivningar för sin funktion
  • Delta i dem månatliga marknadsmötena med presentation av de ekonomiska resultaten.

Vi söker dig som har;

  • Erfarenhet från arbete i ekonomifunktion, gärna från arbetsgivare inom B2B segmentet.
  • Kandidatexamen inom ekonomi/finans
  • Betydande analytisk förmåga
  • Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga
  • Avancerade kunskaper i datorprogramvara: Särskilt Excel
  • Meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet och kunskap i Microsoft Dynamics samt Power BI
  • Meriterande med kunskaper inom redovisning

  • Vi tror att du som söker är en självständig person som på ett ansvarstagande och självklart sätt tar tag i arbetsuppgifter och vågar leda dig själv framåt.
  • Du är flexibel och trivs i snabbrörliga organisationer med tydliga tillväxtplaner
  • Du är en ”team player” som gärna hjälper och stöttar dina kollegor
  • Du har en god förmåga att samarbeta och bygga starka relationer såväl internt som externt.
