Inside Sales Medewerker - Antwerpen

Ben je op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie bij een stabiele, internationale werkgever waar je als medewerker echt telt? Voor onze klant in Antwerpen, actief in de schoonmaaksector, zoeken we een Inside Sales Medewerker die de schakel vormt tussen klanten en accountmanagers.

Je werkt voor grote en kleine klanten, met een duidelijke focus op key accounts. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waarin collegas nauw samenwerken en hun klanten goed kennen.

Wat je doet:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: backorders, leveringsproblemen, ontbrekende artikelen, statusupdates van bestellingen, productvragen, jij hebt op alles het antwoord!
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en geeft deskundig advies aan klanten, telefonisch en per mail.
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt ze op.
  • Je registreert nieuwe prospecten en maakt klantfiches aan.
  • Je belt klanten en prospecten (koude en warme leads) en plant afspraken in voor de accountmanagers, die vaak goed gevulde agenda’s hebben.
  • Je bouwt vertrouwen en sterke relaties op met bestaande en potentiële klanten via regelmatig telefonisch contact.

Wie ben jij?

Jij haalt voldoening uit klantencontacten en denkt graag commercieel mee. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en neem je initiatief.

Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt overeen eerste ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-, customer service- of salesfunctie.
  • Telefonisch afspraken maken en klanten contacteren doe je met plezier.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve en open ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, commercieel ingesteld, analytisch en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je woont in de regio Antwerpen.
