Unique Beveren zoekt een Maintenance & Reliability Engineer voor een topchemiesite in Zwijndrecht!

Ben jij technisch sterk, analytisch ingesteld en gedreven om onderhoudsprocessen naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan hebben wij een boeiende uitdaging voor jou! Voor een internationale klant in Zwijndrecht zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Maintenance & Reliability Engineer. In deze rol ben jij de sleutelfiguur in het opzetten, verbeteren en borgen van onderhoudsstrategieën in een hoogtechnologische omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt onderhoudsplannen voor nieuwe installaties op de site.
  • Je bepaalt de algemene onderhoudsstrategie en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je traint en begeleidt techniekers en externe partijen rond onderhoudsinstructies.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere en actuele technische documentatie.
  • Voor een deel van de site fungeer je als technisch installatieverantwoordelijke.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt bij technische vraagstukken rond troubleshooting, veiligheid, kwaliteit, productie en projecten.
  • Je adviseert over investeringsnoden en coördineert complexere onderhoudswerken en -projecten.
  • Je voert storingsanalyses uit (RCFA) en stelt gerichte verbeteringen voor.
  • Veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit heb je voortdurend in het vizier bij elke taak die je uitvoert.
  • Je ondersteunt technische projecten vanuit Project Engineering en leidt ook zelf onderhoudsprojecten.
  • Je voert veiligheids- en kwaliteitsaudits uit en begeleidt externe auditoren (ISO, VDMA, klanten...).

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een master of bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Elektromechanica.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een onderhoudsgerichte, technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van HVAC, utilities en meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met SAP en MS Office.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent hands-on, analytisch, oplossingsgericht en sterk in samenwerking.
