Voor een ambitieuze speler binnen de industriële sector zoeken we een ervaren HR Support Officer die het HR-team tijdelijk komt versterken.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar volop gebouwd wordt aan de toekomst. Geen functie waarin je alleen maar documenten verwerkt, maar eentje waarin je écht het verschil maakt door structuur te brengen, collega's te ondersteunen en HR-processen te optimaliseren.

Goed om te weten: het gaat om een tijdelijke, voltijdse opdracht van ongeveer 6 maanden. Zowel kandidaten die via een bediendencontract willen werken als freelancers komen in aanmerking!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als HR Support Officer ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het HR-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de personeelsadministratie op wieltjes loopt en medewerkers met hun HR-vragen bij jou terechtkunnen.
  • Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
  • Personeelsadministratie: je beheert personeelsdossiers, stelt contracten, attesten en HR-documenten op en houdt alle gegevens netjes up-to-date.
  • Onboarding & offboarding: je ondersteunt bij het verwelkomen van nieuwe medewerkers en het administratief afronden van uitdiensttredingen.
  • HR-aanspreekpunt: je helpt medewerkers verder met hun administratieve HR-vragen.
  • Planning & organisatie: je plant opleidingen en HR-activiteiten in en zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie.
  • HR-data & rapportering: je verwerkt gegevens in verschillende systemen en ondersteunt bij het opmaken van rapporten en analyses.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: je denkt actief mee over hoe bestaande HR-processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en efficiënter kunnen.
  • HR-projecten: je ondersteunt lopende initiatieven en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de HR-afdeling.
  • Kortom: een brede HR-functie waarin administratie, organisatie en initiatief samenkomen!

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen HR-administratie, personeelsbeheer of HR Operations.
  • Ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving? Dat is mooi meegenomen!
  • Je bent administratief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je bent een echte hands-on professional die zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en snel kan schakelen.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen, ook wanneer er verschillende zaken tegelijk op je afkomen.
  • Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke personeelsinformatie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en hebt een sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent voltijds beschikbaar en staat open voor een tijdelijke opdracht van ongeveer 6 maanden.

Belangrijk: we zoeken iemand die snel zijn of haar weg vindt binnen een HR-afdeling en dankzij eerdere ervaring meteen een meerwaarde kan bieden.
