Bij STG ben je vele meer dan een verkoper achter de toonbank. Jij bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor installateurs én particulieren. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, commerciële feeling en klantgerichte aanpak vertrekken klanten altijd met de juiste oplossing én een goed gevoel.

Jouw uitdaging

Elke dag ontvang je klanten in onze Proshop en help je hen met professioneel advies over ons uitgebreide assortiment sanitair, verwarming, airco, ventilatie, hernieuwbare energie en installatiematerialen.

Je luistert naar hun noden, denkt mee en vertaalt hun vraag naar de juiste producten en oplossingen.

Daarnaast:

  • Adviseer je klanten op technisch én commercieel vlak.
  • Maak je offertes, bestellingen en verkoopbonnen op.
  • Zorg je dat bestellingen correct worden klaargezet.
  • Ontvang en controleer je goederen van leveranciers.
  • Houd je de voorraad nauwkeurig bij.
  • Werk je nauw samen met vertegenwoordigers en collega’s om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Draag je actief bij aan een vlotte werking en een uitstekende service in de vestiging.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een commerciële functie, toonbankverkoop of magazijnbeheer.
  • Een technische achtergrond in sanitaire installaties, bouw, koeling of centrale verwarming is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Na een interne opleiding ben je snel weg met onze IT systemen.
