Voor een bedrijf, actief in de verkoop van telecomproducten en -diensten voor zowel B2B als B2C, kijkt Unique uit naar een Assistant Shopmanager te Aartselaar.

Heb je zelf al enkele jaren retailervaring op zak? Én spreekt een mix van operationele, coördinerende en commerciële taken jou aan? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Je bent de rechterhand van de Shopmanager en spring je coördinerend in waar nodig.
  • Je verkoopt producten en diensten aan klanten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er netjes en overzichtelijk uitziet.
  • Je brengt alle winkelmedewerkers op de hoogte van de recentste promoties en acties.
  • Je adviseert klanten in de winkel en biedt hen een top service aan.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s met vragen of escalaties in verband met producten of diensten.
  • Je voert enkele administratieve taken uit.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een stabiele retailervaring van minstens twee jaar.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt basiskennis Frans.
  • Je kijkt ernaar uit om jezelf helemaal onder te dompelen in de telecomwereld en IT.
  • Je bent klantgericht en bied graag een goede service aan je klanten.
  • Je houdt ervan om dagdagelijs commercieel bezig te zijn.
  • Je kan de kalmte bewaren tijdens stressvolle periodes.
  • Er wordt een opleidingsperiode voorzien van drie weken in Gent, dus je ziet het zitten om je naar Gent te verplaatsen.
