The posting

Veiligheid en productkwaliteit

  • Permanent controleren en corrigeren van het naleven van de veiligheids- en kwaliteisinstructies op het schip alsook de genomen en besproken tegenmaatregelen (laten) toepassen.
  • Vaststellen van ongevallen en schadegevallen. Opmaken van de bijhorende ongevallen- of schaderapporten binnen een bepaalde timeframe. Vooral administratief opvolgen van het aantal ongevallen/incidenten.
  • Optreden als ambassadeur en coach om een efficiënte samenwerking te garanderen.

Organisatie

  • Het opmaken van een takenverdeling - ploegbezetting voor een scheepsoperatie aan de hand van standaard R/V's
  • Inschatten en behandelen van dagelijkse operationele problemen, inspelen op voortdurend veranderende omstandigheden. Opvolgen en sturen van operaties tijdens 1 shift. Last minute risk analyse uitvoeren.
  • Meedenken over de verbetering van de operaties, formuleren van opmerkingen en voorstellen.
  • Duidelijke communicatie van alle relevante info naar ceelbaas, foreman, collega's OO en hiërarchische lijn.
  • Aanwezig zijn op premeeting voor aanvang scheepsoperatie samen met Chief Officer.

Managen van medewerkers

  • Aansturen van de taakverdeling van de havenarbeiders via hiërarchische lijn op basis van de lijsten vanuit de planning. CB/FM assisteren met de nodige info (gebruik take 5, volgen van SOP).
  • In samenspraak met CB/FM de marine manager inlichten in geval van afwijkingen

Rapportering

  • Opmaken van correcte en complete rendements- en kwaliteitsrapporten (volume, werktijden, rendementen, kwaliteit, algemeen verloop) op basis van informatie van de planningsmedewerker en de eigen controles op het schip.
  • Signaleren van zware en/of structurele problemen aan Duty Terminal Manager/ Terminal Manager / Marine Manager

Administratie

  • Per shift verwerken van de loonadministratie (kostenallocatie) op basis van de voorbereiding door de medewerker dispatch
  • Opvolging van de informatieflow en -uitwisseling via TOS (Terminal Operating System)/ Webportal/ Webfocus
  • Controleren van de informatie naar klanten. Hiertoe nauw samenwerken met de planners en de chef markeerders.
  • Afwerken van de administratieve taken die voortvloeien uit alle operaties (dossier, schademelding aan klanten, correcte invulling van de arbeidsongevallen,...)

Technische competenties

  • Talen: N/E noties F
  • PC: kennis MS Office pakketten met nadruk op Excel kennis
  • Ruimtelijk inzicht, cijfermatig inzicht
  • Opleiding Port Facility Safety Officer (PFSO) is een pluspunt
  • Nautische kennis/ervaring
