Jobomschrijving

Als Freight Forwarder Air Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beheren van exportzendingen via luchtvracht van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, tijdig en volgens afspraak worden afgehandeld, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, compliance en klanttevredenheid.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, carriers en interne stakeholders, en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming van informatie binnen de volledige transportketen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig coördineren en opvolgen van air export dossiers van A tot Z
  • Openen, beheren en afsluiten van dossiers binnen de operationele systemen
  • Boeken van transporten bij carriers en leveranciers
  • Opstellen, verwerken en controleren van export- en transportdocumentatie
  • Afhandelen van douanedocumentatie en bewaken van compliance
  • Informeren van klanten over formaliteiten, kosten en status van zendingen
  • Contact onderhouden met overzeese agenten en interne afdelingen
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en proactief zoeken naar geschikte oplossingen
  • Controleren van leveranciersfacturen en zorgen voor correcte en tijdige facturatie
  • Waken over datakwaliteit, KPI’s, procedures en deadlines

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in luchtvracht, export of expeditie
  • Goede kennis van douaneprocedures, exportdocumentatie, Incoterms en internationale transportstromen
  • Ervaring met facturatie en dossieropvolging
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus
  • Ervaring met MS Office, Iris en CargoWise
  • Je bent zelfstandig, georganiseerd, klantgericht en stressbestendig
  • Je denkt proactief en werkt oplossingsgericht
