Wil jij jouw carrière in de internationale logistiek lanceren? Heb je interesse in luchtvracht en hou je ervan om alles vlot en correct te organiseren? Dan is deze functie als Freight Forwarder Air Export de ideale kans om je talenten te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de expeditiewereld!

  • Je ondersteunt bij de coördinatie en opvolging van luchtvrachtzendingen voor export.
  • Je helpt bij het openen van dossiers, verwerken van boekingen en up-to-date houden van administratieve gegevens.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en internationale agenten.
  • Je bereidt exportdocumenten voor en controleert of alle gegevens correct en volledig zijn.
  • Je assisteert bij douanedocumentatie en leert de bijbehorende procedures kennen.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, klantafspraken en de kwaliteit van de dossiergegevens.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals sales, customs, operations en finance.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om je kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te bouwen, met de ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring in expeditie, logistiek of luchtvracht is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt interesse in internationale handel, luchtvracht en douaneformaliteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office. Kennis van CargoWise en/of IRIS is een extra troef.
