Je komt terecht in een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in technisch en facilitair beheer van gebouwen. De organisatie ondersteunt klanten in het optimaliseren van hun werkomgeving door middel van onderhoud, energiebeheer en technische dienstverlening.Met een sterke focus op duurzaamheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie wordt er dagelijks gewerkt aan betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Je werkt in een professionele omgeving waar samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van preventief en/of correctief onderhoud, spin-offs en add-ons, inclusief het plannen van dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de service desk.
  • Verzorgen van externe communicatie: rapporteren aan de klant over bezoeken en conclusies, en zorgen voor een correcte naleving van procedures bij de klant.
  • Verzorgen van interne communicatie: samenwerken met de service desk voor de planning en voorbereiding en je rapporteert aan de Contract Manager die trouwens ook op de site aanwezig is.
  • Opvolgen van technici en bieden van ondersteuning. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste persoon op de juiste taak wordt ingezet en vraagt opleidingen aan op basis van behoeften. Uiteraard zorg je voor een optimale sfeer binnen jouw team.
  • Onze collega’s zijn goud waard, daarom zie je erop toe dat de veiligheidsrichtlijnen worden nageleefd.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma in een technische richting en kan ervaring aantonen binnen de HVAC-sector.
  • Een brede kennis, maar vooral interesse hebt in technologie en HVAC. In één oogopslag kan jij een probleem analyseren en er de geknipte oplossing voor bedenken.
  • Ben je in het bezit van certificaten (GI/GII/koelcertificaten/VCA/…)? Dan is dat zeker een troef!
  • Vlot kan communiceren in het Nederlands. Beheers je daarnaast ook het Engels, dan is dat een plus!
  • Bekend staat voor je nauwkeurigheid en organisatorische vaardigheden. Iemand gestructureerd en met oog voor detail, dat is wat we zoeken.
  • Gedreven en klantgericht bent. Jij gaat tot het uiterste voor een tevreden klant!
