Voor één van onze partners zoeken we een nauwkeurige en analytische Administratief Medewerker Databeheer & Rapportage. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde werkomgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van productie- en afvalgegevens. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct geregistreerd wordt en dat de administratie voldoet aan de geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verzamelt, registreert, controleert en actualiseert productie- en afvalgegevens in verschillende databanken en systemen.je analyseert gegevens, stelt rapporten op en bezorgt relevante informatie aan interne en externe betrokkenen.
  • Je stelt administratieve dossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie en opvolging van productieprocessen.
  • Je controleert of geregistreerde gegevens voldoen aan de geldende procedures, acceptatiecriteria en regelgeving.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan databanken, administratieve processen en bestaande toepassingen.
  • Je helpt bij het voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van technische controles, inspecties en bijbehorende administratieve verplichtingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten en externe partners. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytisch inzicht blijven gegevens betrouwbaar en processen efficiënt verlopen.

We zoeken een administratief sterke kandidaat die graag gestructureerd werkt en zich thuis voelt in een technische omgeving.

  • Je hebt ervaring met administratie, gegevensbeheer, rapportage of data-analyse.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan informatie kritisch beoordelen en verwerken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten bepalen en verschillende administratieve taken opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische processen, veiligheidsprocedures en regelgeving.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
