The posting

Als Sales & Marketing Assistant speel je een belangrijke rol in de organisatie en opvolging van de commerciële en marketingactiviteiten:

  • Agenda’s, interne vergaderingen en terugkerende commerciële en marketingactiviteiten organiseren.
  • Rapporten, presentaties en opvolgingsdocumenten voorbereiden, bijwerken en structureren met behulp van Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Klant-, prospect- en activiteitengegevens in Salesforce CRM beheren en up-to-date houden.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van e-mailcampagnes via HubSpot, inclusief contactlijsten, planning, testen en opvolging van resultaten.
  • De logistiek coördineren van congressen, klanten events, teammeetings, hotels en zakenreizen.
  • Commerciële en marketingdocumentatie beheren en ervoor zorgen dat de goedgekeurde materialen steeds beschikbaar en up-to-date zijn.
  • De voorraad en distributie van marketing- en promotiemateriaal beheren.
  • Vertalingen en aanpassingen van goedgekeurde sales- en marketingmaterialen coördineren in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Bestelbonnen invoeren en leveranciersfacturen, goedkeuringen en deadlines opvolgen.
  • Actielijsten voorbereiden en afgesproken acties en deadlines opvolgen bij interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Sales Manager, het Marketingteam en de General Manager.

Je bent een georganiseerde, gestructureerde en betrouwbare persoon die verschillende taken tegelijkertijd kan beheren en deadlines nauwgezet opvolgt.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand met:

  • Een uitstekende kennis van Frans en Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Sterke organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken, met oog voor detail.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, in het bijzonder Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook en Teams.
  • Een goede beheersing van Excel voor lijsten, filters, datacontroles, basisformules, tabellen en operationele rapportering.
  • Het vermogen om duidelijke en professionele PowerPointpresentaties te maken op basis van bestaande inhoud en templates.
  • Praktische ervaring met Salesforce CRM voor databeheer, activiteitenregistratie, lijstbeheer en basisrapportering.
  • Praktische ervaring met HubSpot, met name contactbeheer en het uitvoeren van e-mailcampagnes.
  • Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden en een servicegerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd efficiënt samen te werken met Sales, Marketing en Management.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen sales support, marketing support of business administration. Ervaring binnen de gezondheidszorg of een gereguleerde omgeving is een pluspunt.
