The posting

Working hour : 8am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday

Working Salary : $2,500 - $3,500 depending on qualification and years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate production based on customer orders.
  • Check orders and ensure sufficient production lead time.
  • Monitor production to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics.
  • Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and changes.
  • Update customers on production status and delays.
  • Maintain order, production, and delivery records.
  • Monitor delivery performance and prepare reports.
  • Raise CAR for delivery issues and follow up on actions.
  • Identify problems and recommend improvements.
  • Book FCL shipments with freight forwarders and arrange parcel deliveries.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered. 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or material planning is preferred. Basic knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and material requirements planning (MRP). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple production orders. Able to prioritize urgent orders and meet customer delivery deadlines. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
