Die Ausbildung im Überblick: Sie bekommen bei uns die Chance, eine praxisnahe Ausbildung in einem spannenden und dynamischen Umfeld zu erleben. Sie erhalten einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in unser Unternehmen und durchlaufen verschiedene Abteilungen: Finanzen, Backoffice, Customer Service, Personal und Vertrieb. Dabei lernen Sie u.a. bürowirtschaftliche Prozesse, die Beschaffungsanforderung und laufende buchhalterische Vorgänge kennen.

Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • Bearbeitung von laufenden Vorgängen in der Buchhaltung
  • Stammdaten aufnehmen und pflegen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen und Sitzungen/Besprechungen
  • Führen und Überwachen von Terminkalendern
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Präsentationen
  • Bedarfsplanung von Büro- und Arbeitsmaterialien sowie deren Beschaffung und Verwaltung
  • Empfang von Kunden, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern
  • Einbindung bei Projekten z.B. Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen

PROFIL

  • Realschulabschluss, (Fach-)Abitur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verlässlichkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind keine Fremdwörter
  • ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • große Lust, etwas zu lernen und einzubringen
  • Kommunikationssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
