AUFGABEN

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von QM-Dokumenten, SOPs sowie qualitätsrelevanten Aufzeichnungen sowie Einhaltung aller geltenden Qualitäts- und Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsmaßnahmen für Anlagen, computergestützte Systeme und Gebäude einschließlich Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Daten (z. B. Temperaturmonitoring)
  • Qualifizierung und regelmäßige Bewertung von Dienstleistern und Transportdienstleistern gemäß GDP-/GMP-Anforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsvereinbarungen sowie Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung einer qualitätsgerechten, effizienten und termingerechten Arbeitsweise im operativen Umfeld
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung qualitätsrelevanter Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams sowie unterstützende Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Priorisierung von Teamaufgaben sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

PROFIL

Fachlich

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (mindestens Bachelor)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im GxP-Umfeld (GMP und/oder GDP), idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie gute Kenntnisse gängiger QM-Tools und qualitätsgerechter Dokumentation
  • Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsbeauftragten (m/w/d), Auditor (m/w/d) oder Compliance Manager von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und externen Partnern
  • Erste Erfahrung in Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit computergestützten Systemen sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
