Vi söker en engagerad, strukturerad och nyfiken projektledare (eller produktionsledare) som vill lära sig branschen från grunden, utvecklas snabbt och vara med och aktivera starka varumärken hela vägen från idé till butiksgolv!

Om rollen

Som projektledare hos oss kliver du in som en viktig länk i våra projekt. Du arbetar tätt tillsammans med seniora projektledare, kreativa team, tryckerier och leverantörer för att säkerställa att våra kampanjer för några av marknadens mest välkända FMCG-varumärken levereras med högsta kvalitet.

  • Projektkoordinering: Assistera i och gradvis ta eget ansvar för tidsplaner, materialbeställningar och leveranser i projekt som sträcker sig från POS-material och butiksaktiveringar till integrerade kampanjer.
  • Kund- & Leverantörskontakt: Bygga relationer med leverantörer och tryckerier samt hålla en löpande, serviceinriktad dialog med våra kunder.
  • Bransch & Koncept: Lär känna dagligvaruhandelns mekanismer och vara med och omsätta insikter om konsumentbeteende och kedjornas (ICA, Axfood, Coop) förutsättningar till starka butikskoncept.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som stoltserar med hög energi, fantastisk ordning och reda samt en vilja att utvecklas inom shopper marketing. Du triggas av FMCG-sektorns höga tempo och vill lära dig navigerandet mellan varumärkesägarnas mål, konsumentens uppmärksamhet och handlarnas verklighet.

  • Erfarenhet: 1–2 års erfarenhet som produktionsledare eller projektledare på byrå, eller bakgrund från marknadsavdelning/leverantör inom FMCG/dagligvaruhandeln.
  • Branschförståelse: Grundläggande förståelse för dagligvaruhandeln (DVH) och retail/butikskommunikation.
  • Egenskaper: Exceptionell organisatorisk förmåga, stark kommunikativ sida och ett lösningsorienterat driv som skapar trygghet hos både kunder och kollegor.
