Vill du producera några av Sveriges mest kreativa brand activations? Vi på United skapar upplevelser för några av världens starkaste varumärken, från festivalaktiveringar och butikskampanjer till nationella lanseringar.

Nu söker vi en produktionsledare som vill vara med och driva produktionen av våra kampanjer och aktiveringar, från idé till genomförande.

Om rollen: Som produktionsledare hos oss driver du produktionen av kampanjer och aktiveringar inom Brand Experience. Du planerar produktionerna, koordinerar team och leverantörer och säkerställer att projekten genomförs enligt brief, tidsplan och budget.

Du arbetar nära projektledare, kreatörer, leverantörer och eventpersonal för att se till att idéerna fungerar lika bra i verkligheten som i konceptstadiet.

Rollen kommer delvis innefatta:

  • Planera och driva produktioner från brief till genomförande
  • Arbeta i team med olika kompetenser, leverantörer och eventpersonal i produktionen
  • Rekrytera, schemalägga och leda eventpersonal ute i fält
  • Ansvara för logistik, bemanning och planering kopplat till projekten
  • Arbeta lösningsorienterat med flera parallella produktioner
  • Bidra till effektiva arbetssätt, unika aktiveringar och lönsamma produktioner

Vi tror att du:

  • Har erfarenhet av eventproduktion, aktiveringar eller liknande produktioner
  • Trivs i en roll med ansvar, tempo och många kontaktytor
  • Är strukturerad och van att driva flera projekt eller uppgifter parallellt
  • Är kommunikativ och trygg i dialogen med kunder, kollegor och leverantörer
  • Är prestigelös, flexibel och trivs i ett team där vi alltid arbetar tillsammans för att nå våra mål
