Für unsere Niederlassung in Hannover suchen wir Dich mit Mitch-Maker-Qualitäten als Talent Scout/Recruiter (m/w/d) für Young Potentials. Du arbeitest vom ersten Tag im Team mit und lernst unser Business on the Job von der Pike auf kennen. Und auch danach kannst Du Dich im Alltag auf die unterstützung erfahrener Kollegen verlassen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Gewinnung geeigneter Kandidaten aus dem Bereich Engineering, Business und IT – idealerweise direkt in unserem eigenen Talentpool, über Bewerbungen und Active Sourcing
  • Analyse und Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den Consultants
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Bewerbernetzwerks sowie der kontinuierliche Ausbau unseres Talentpools
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von ansprechenden Stellenausschreibungen zur Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Persönliche Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Mitarbeitenden während ihres Einsatzes
  • Unterstützung bei der Einsatzplanung und bei personalrelevanten Themen
  • Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Dokumentation der relevanten Vorgänge
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiterbetreuung und Recruiting-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting, auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und die Fähigkeit, Jobs und Karrierechancen lebendig zu beschreiben und andere dafür zu begeistern
  • Du hast den Ehrgeiz und die Ausdauer, für jede Stelle das Perfect-Match zu finden
  • Zudem bist Du gut organisiert, eigenständig und ein begeisterter Teamplayer
