Привіт! Ми в Universe запускаємо Growth Fellowship — оплачувану програму для тих, хто хоче пройти шлях від ідеї до готового продукту разом із лідершіп-командою Universe.

ПРО ПРОГРАМУ

За ці три місяці ти запустиш власний міні-продукт: від дослідження ніші й перевірки гіпотез до прототипу та перших результатів. Поруч будуть люди, які роками будують і масштабують продукти в Universe.

Це не стажування з дрібними задачами і не роль асистента. Ти отримаєш реальну задачу, повний ownership і можливість після програми продовжити роботу в Universe.

ЩО БУДЕ НА FELLOWSHIP?

- Пошук можливостей. Досліджуватимеш ринок і шукатимеш, де новий продукт може вирости.

- Перевірка гіпотез. З’ясовуватимеш, які ідеї варто запускати, а які ні.

- Створення продукту. Працюватимеш над рішенням, готовим до виходу на ринок.

- Product & growth на практиці. Опануєш основи продуктового менеджменту та growth за матеріалами для самостійної підготовки й за підтримки менторів.

ЩО ТИ ОТРИМАЄШ

ЦЕ ДЛЯ ТЕБЕ, ЯКЩО

- Маєш досвід запуску проєкту з власної ініціативи: продукт, агенція, спільнота або інший формат.

- Володієш англійською на рівні B2 (Upper Intermediate) або вище.

- Є AI-native: використовуєш AI для досліджень, аналітики, прототипування та автоматизації й критично оцінюєш якість результатів.

- Ти навчаєшся на останніх курсах або нещодавно закінчив(-ла) топовий університет в Європі, Україні.

- Тебе драйвить запуск нових продуктів з нуля, і ти хочеш глибоко розібратися в продукті та маркетингу.

- Розумієш, як заробляють digital-бізнеси, і маєш сильну аналітичну базу: умієш рахувати, будувати моделі та ухвалювати рішення на основі даних.

- Береш ownership за результат, самостійно рухаєш роботу вперед.

- Можеш чітко пояснити свій внесок у попередні проєкти та підтвердити його результатами.

БУДЕ ПЕРЕВАГОЮ

- Досвід в консалтингу (зокрема Big 4), інвестбанкінгу, VC, великій корпорації або продуктовій ІТ компанії.

ФОРМАТ

- Тривалість: до 3-х місяців.

- Локація: віддалено з будь-якої точки з різницею в часі до ±2 годин від Києва.

- Оплата: програма оплачувана.

- Після програми: за результатами — можливість оферу в Universe.

ЯК ПРОХОДИТЬ ВІДБІР

1. AI-інтерв’ю. Розповіси про свій досвід, мотивацію та підхід до задач.

2. Інтерв’ю з рекрутером. Уточнимо деталі твого досвіду й відповімо на твої питання про програму.

3. Тестове завдання. Створиш прототип продукту і покажеш, як перетворюєш ідею на робоче рішення.

4. Інтерв’ю зі Strategy & Growth Lead. Познайомишся з керівником, з яким працюватимеш на Fellowship.

5. Фінальне інтерв’ю з CEO Universe. 30-хвилинна розмова про твої цілі та розвиток у межах Fellowship.

6. Запрошення на програму. За результатами відбору зможеш отримати запрошення на Fellowship та узгодити з командою дату старту.
