La Universidad Torcuato Di Tella se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a coordinador/a administrativo/a para sumarse al equipo de nuestro Departamento de Economía. Su misión será gestionar y asistir a la dirección en procesos transversales de la Maestría, así como proporcionar soporte a estudiantes y profesores.

Nos orientamos a personas proactivas, organizadas, con capacidad de planificación y que se desempeñen con autonomía. Buscamos un perfil con excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Planificación y armado del cronograma de clases y oferta académica (horarios, inscripciones, aulas, exámenes, etc.).
  • Coordinación y gestión operativa de cursos (asistencia a profesores, Campus Virtual, carga de notas, etc.).
  • Atención y gestión de alumnos (consultas, certificados, bajas, etc.).
  • Asistencia a los directores y profesores.
  • Colaboración con el Oficina de Admisiones y participación en reuniones informativas.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de bases de datos, página web y material de difusión.
  • Contacto con universidades y profesores del exterior.
  • Apoyo operativo en eventos del Departamento de Economía.

Requisitos

Excluyentes:

  • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) y Google Workspace.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas de gestión.
  • Capacidad de planificación y organización.

Deseables:

  • Experiencia laboral relacionada con roles similares.
  • Estudios terciarios o universitarios afines.
