The posting

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisting Living Building LPN Manager to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. This role requires a licensed practical nurse with strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents. Interviews will be schedule at our main building at 11585 Farmington Rd Livonia MI 48150.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities within the assisted living building.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident health records and medication administration.
  • Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Current and valid LPN license.
  • 1 year experiences
  • Proven experience in a nursing management or supervisory role in assisted living or similar setting.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to delivering compassionate care.
