University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Howell, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality, personalized care to our clients, supporting their health, comfort, and well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their overall quality of life.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by nursing staff or supervisors.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Ensure privacy and dignity of clients at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
