Managing a portfolio of 80–100 prospects and donors, building relationships with new prospects and opportunities, with a focus on securing five-, six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • You will develop compelling funding proposals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through excellent cultivation and stewardship.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the University, you will oversee complex partnerships and projects and ensure an outstanding donor experience.
  • Success will be measured through new strategic relationships, a strong pipeline of philanthropic opportunities, achievement of fundraising targets, and the continued development of existing donors.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive salary - and excellent pension scheme
  • An impressive 32 days leave - plus bank holidays, additional time off at Christmas and the opportunity to buy even more!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
