Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Reception and Clinic Support Assistant to join the Thrive Health and Wellbeing Centre within the Faculty of Health, Community and Life Sciences. You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception services, assist with clinic administration and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the Centre remains safe, accessible and responsive to the needs of its diverse users.
This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in reception, customer service or administrative support who enjoys working with people, managing a range of priorities and contributing to an environment focused on health, wellbeing and community engagement.
For an informal conversation about the role please contact Dr Jayde Whittingham-Dowd, Head of Clinical and Technical Services ([email protected]) or Christopher Ollett ([email protected])
