Cerchiamo un libero professionista Guida Turistica Autorizzata a Firenze per condurre i nostri popolari tour in bicicletta nel cuore della città. Questo ruolo è ideale per chi ama Firenze e desidera collaborare con un'agenzia che valorizza l'esperienza del cliente.

Dettagli della Collaborazione

  • Periodo: Collaborazione stagionale da Aprile a Ottobre
  • Frequenza: La guida ha piena libertà di fornire la propria disponibilità considerato che offriamo tour in vendita ogni giorno.
  • Orari: I Dutch bike tour si svolgono sempre nella fascia oraria mattutina, partenza tour ore 9:30
  • Logistica: L'agenzia fornisce le biciclette (per la guida e i clienti) e tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria (radio e auricolari) per facilitare la narrazione e la gestione del gruppo.
  • Preparazione: Si richiede la disponibilità ad arrivare circa 30 minuti prima della partenza del tour per la preparazione delle biciclette e l'accoglienza dei clienti.

Requisiti Essenziali (Must-Have)

Verranno prese in considerazione solo le candidature che soddisfano tutti i seguenti requisiti:

  1. Patentino Ufficiale: Possesso del Patentino di Guida Turistica Autorizzata per la città di Firenze (obbligatorio).
  2. Competenza Linguistica: Conoscenza della Lingua Olandese a livello C1 o superiore (fluente).
  3. Bicicletta e Centro Storico: Ottima familiarità con l'uso di una bicicletta e la conoscenza approfondita del centro storico di Firenze (il tour si svolge esclusivamente in centro).

  • Gruppi Contenuti: I gruppi sono limitati a un massimo di 16 clienti, supportati da radio per ottimizzare l'esperienza della guida.

The Role and Mission

We are seeking a self-employed Licensed Tour Guide in Florence to lead our popular bicycle tours in the heart of the city. This role is ideal for those passionate about Florence and looking to collaborate with an agency that prioritizes the customer experience.

Collaboration Details

  • Period: Seasonal collaboration from April to October
  • Frequency: The guide has full freedom to set their availability considering our tours are sold on a daily basis.
  • Schedule: Tours always take place in the morning departure is at 9:30am.
  • Logistics: The agency provides the bicycles (for the guide and the clients) and all necessary equipment (radios and earpieces) to facilitate narration and group management.
  • Preparation: It's required to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the tour start time to prepare the bikes and welcome the clients.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

Only candidates who meet all the following requirements will be considered:

  1. Official License: Possession of the Official Tour Guide License (Patentino) for the city of Florence (mandatory).
  2. Language Proficiency: Dutch language proficiency at level C1 or higher (fluent).
  3. Cycling & City Centre: Excellent familiarity with riding bicycles and in-depth knowledge of Florence's historic centre (the tour takes place exclusively in the centre).

Our Target Audience

Our groups are diverse, primarily consisting of adults at the beginning and end of the season, and families with children of all ages during the summer. It is crucial to have a versatile, energetic, and engaging tone of voice suitable for all types of audiences.

What We Offer You

  • P.IVA Collaboration: You will work as a self-employed professional, can update your availability independently with a minimum of 1 day per week
  • Logistical Support: Full provision of bicycles and maintenance support.
  • Professional Environment: We provide company work attire, and dedicated changing rooms and facilities at our departure location.
  • Small Groups: Groups are limited to a maximum of 16 customers, supported by radios to optimize the guide's experience.
