Build and monitor sales budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance in partnership with Finance, including quota planning, sales compensation, and performance tracking across channels and teams. Lead and support sales forecasting, revenue planning, and performance against budget and targets, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into expected performance and potential risks and opportunities. Monitor and measure gross margins across sales channels, identifying pricing, product, or channel opportunities and risks that impact profitability. Design and maintain a comprehensive Sales KPI dashboard, providing leadership and the sales team with real-time visibility into revenue, pipeline, attainment, forecasting, margins, AR, and other key performance indicators. Lead and own the management of outstanding Accounts Receivable, coordinating with Finance to ensure timely collections, accurate reporting, and accountability across the Sales team. Maintain and optimize sales tools and systems, identifying opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and new solutions as the organization scales. Coordinate onboarding and training for new sales team members and ensure effective adoption of sales systems, processes, reporting, and financial expectations. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Business Operations, or a closely related role. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
