XPRENEURS ist der Münchner Incubator für DeepTech-Startups – Teil von UnternehmerTUM, Europas führendem Zentrum für Innovation und Gründung. Wir begleiten frühphasige Teams aus Space, Hardware und Robotics von der ersten Kundenvalidierung bis zur Seed-Finanzierung. Als Venture Consultant bist du strategische:r Sparringspartner:in für die nächste Generation europäischer DeepTech-Gründer:innen – mit direktem Zugang zu MakerSpace, TUM Venture Labs, Corporate Partnern und einem starken Investor:innen-Netzwerk.

Deine Aufgaben

Startup-Coaching & Acceleration (ca. 50 %)

  • Du begleitest Startups aus den Bereichen Space, Hardware und Robotics über den gesamten Incubator-Zyklus – von Geschäftsmodellvalidierung über Go-to-Market bis zur Fundraising-Vorbereitung
  • Du hinterfragst technische Hypothesen und Markteintrittsstrategien kritisch und hilfst Teams, technologische Innovation in skalierbare Geschäftsmodelle zu übersetzen – auch unter den Realitäten langer Hardware-Entwicklungszyklen, Supply-Chain-Komplexität und Zertifizierungsanforderungen
  • Erfolg messen wir an konkreten Ergebnissen der Teams: Funding-Readiness, erste Pilotkunden, technische Validierung, Umsatzwachstum

Scouting & Programmentwicklung (ca. 30 %)

  • Du identifizierst und evaluierst Europas vielversprechendste DeepTech-Teams nach klaren Kriterien: technische Differenzierung, IP-Verteidigungsfähigkeit, Skalierbarkeit der Produktion, kommerzielles Potenzial
  • Du gestaltest unsere Programminhalte und -methoden aktiv mit – mit Fokus auf hardware-spezifische Coaching-Ansätze und datenbasierte Performance-Steuerung

Partner-Tracks & Ökosystem (ca. 20 %)

  • Du verantwortest dedizierte Acceleration-Tracks gemeinsam mit Corporate Partnern, Stiftungen und Forschungseinrichtungen (z.B. ESA, DLR, Fraunhofer, Aerospace OEMs)
  • Du vernetzt Portfolio-Teams gezielt mit Engineering-Talenten, Enterprise-Pilotkund:innen und DeepTech-Investor:innen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Fach (z.B. Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Robotik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik) – oder vergleichbarer technischer Hintergrund
  • 3–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im DeepTech-Umfeld – z.B. in einem Hardware-Startup, einer Venture-Capital-Gesellschaft, einem Accelerator/Incubator, in einer technologieorientierten Strategieberatung oder in einer relevanten Industrie (Space, Robotics, Advanced Manufacturing)
  • Eigene Gründungserfahrung oder Rolle als Early Employee in einem DeepTech-Startup
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk in der europäischen Space-, Hardware- oder Robotics-Szene Praktisches Verständnis von Hardware-Geschäftsmodellen: Technology Readiness Levels, Manufacturing Readiness, Unit Economics, BOM-Logik, Pilot-to-Production
  • Erfahrung im kritischen Bewerten von Pitch Decks, Cap Tables und Finanzmodellen
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Datenanalyse und KPI-Steuerung von Portfolios
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Arbeitssprache), gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Coaching-Mindset: Du kannst Gründer:innen auf Augenhöhe herausfordern und gleichzeitig vertrauensvoll begleiten
