Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Team unserer People and Culture Business Partner übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben im administrativen Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung. Du erhältst dabei einen umfassenden Einblick in die gesamte Bandbreite der Personalarbeit, bringst dich in vielseitige Projekte ein und unterstützt uns, den Employee Life Cycle unserer Mitarbeitenden erfolgreich zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Allrounder:in: Du unterstützt unsere People and Culture Business Partner im administrativen Tagesgeschäft entlang des kompletten Employee Life Cycle.
  • Recruiting-Profi: Du übernimmst Aufgaben im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Onboarding.
  • Projektmanager:in: Du unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Workflows, der Aktualisierung von Vertragsvorlagen, der Pflege unseres Intranets und bei Recherchen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen.
  • Starthelfer:in: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation unseres monatlich stattfindenden Welcome Days für unsere neuen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Antreiber:in: Du bringst deine Kreativität und Ideen bei weiteren Projekten ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder ein Masterstudium zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Psychologie, Wirtschafts-, oder Sozialwissenschaften immatrikuliert.
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Personalbereich durch ein Praktikum oder Werkstudium gesammelt.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer mit einer Dienstleistermentalität.
  • Du hast Lust viel zu lernen und gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen (m/w/d) verantwortungsvoll, freundlich und sympathisch den People & Culture Bereich zu vertreten.
  • Du kommunizierst sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich Deutsch auf C-Level sowie Englisch auf B-Level und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du bist bereit mindestens zweimal wöchentlich an unseren Standorten in Garching bei München beziehungsweise in München (Munich-Urban-Colab) zu arbeiten.
