Então, confira esta oportunidade e #VemProUOL!No UOL todas as pessoas são bem-vindas😊, sem distinção de gênero, orientação sexual, etnia, cultura, religião, deficiência etc. O importante é você gostar de desafios, trabalhar bem em equipe, vivenciar nossa cultura e nossa missão de conectar cada brasileiro e brasileira ao seu universo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico de primeiro e segundo nível aos usuários, por telefone, e-mail, chat e sistema de chamados.Registrar, classificar, documentar e acompanhar incidentes e solicitações de suporte técnico.Identificar, diagnosticar e solucionar problemas relacionados a sistemas, ambientes Windows, redes, impressoras, acesso remoto e infraestrutura de TI.Realizar atendimentos e diagnósticos por meio de ferramentas de acesso remoto.Realizar análises iniciais de falhas em servidores, serviços e conectividade.Direcionar incidentes para equipes especializadas, quando necessário.Acompanhar os chamados até sua resolução, mantendo os registros e as informações atualizados.Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos técnicos, documentações e artigos para a base de conhecimento.Apoiar atividades de monitoramento de ambientes e prevenção de incidentes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior (completo ou cursando) em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows Desktop e Windows Server.Conhecimento em redes de computadores, incluindo TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, compartilhamento de recursos e conectividade.Conhecimento em infraestrutura de TI e ambientes corporativos.Experiência com suporte técnico e atendimento a usuários por canais remotos e telefônicos.Experiência com ferramentas de acesso remoto, como TeamViewer ou similares.Conhecimento em ITIL e processos de Service Desk.Conhecimento básico em SQL para realização de consultas e análises.Conhecimento intermediário em Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.Inglês básico para leitura de documentações técnicas.
