Belangrijk: de stageperiode loopt van 1 februari 2027 tot en met 25 juni 2027!

Bij Upfront maken we steeds meer eigen video- en fotoproducties. Achter elke opname zit een hoop regelwerk: spullen ophalen, mensen ontvangen, de set klaarzetten en na afloop alles weer netjes afronden. Als stagiair ben je de productie-assistent die ervoor zorgt dat alles en iedereen er op tijd is.

Sommige dagen ben je vooral onderweg: props ophalen, apparatuur wegbrengen en last-minute nog iets regelen. Andere dagen sta je op de set, ontvang je de crew en gasten en zorg je dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Dat vraagt iemand die van aanpakken houdt, graag gastheer of gastvrouw is en niet stil kan zitten.

Na je stage heb je meegewerkt aan producties die echt het daglicht zien, en weet je precies wat er nodig is om een shoot soepel te laten lopen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Assisteren op de set bij video- en fotoproducties
  • Meehelpen met de voorbereiding: planning, spullen, locatie en crew
  • Ophalen en wegbrengen van props, apparatuur en alles wat nog nodig is
  • Ontvangen en hosten van crew, talent en gasten op de set
  • Zorgen voor de hospitality op de set: eten, drinken en een fijne sfeer
  • Afronden na de shoot: opruimen, terugbrengen en alles goed overdragen

Harde eisen

  • Je regelt graag dingen en houdt overzicht als het druk wordt
  • Je bent gastvrij en maakt makkelijk contact met nieuwe mensen
  • Je vindt het leuk om veel onderweg te zijn en houdt van afwisseling
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op vroege of lange shootdagen
  • Je bent beschikbaar van 1 februari 2027 tot en met 2 juni 2027
  • Je bent hbo- of wo-student, na je stage ben je klaar met studeren en kun je fulltime doorstromen
  • Je hebt rijbewijs B
