The posting

Onze Foodstores groeien hard, en met elke nieuwe winkel wordt voedselveiligheid nog belangrijker. Wij willen dat die geborgd is door de hele keten: van producent en comanufacturer tot ons magazijn en de winkel. Dat betekent controles op certificaten, specificaties, temperatuur en AGF. Als stagiair bij Kwaliteit Foodstore help je ons om dat goed te regelen.

Sommige dagen loop je QC-rondes in het DC en in de winkels, meet je temperaturen en kijk je of de ingangscontrole goed gaat. Andere dagen controleer je labels en specificaties, schrijf je mee aan beleid en bedenk je hoe dat beleid er op de winkelvloer uit moet zien. Dat vraagt iemand die nauwkeurig is en het leuk vindt om collega’s mee te krijgen.

Na je stage heb je de voedselveiligheidscultuur in onze winkels naar een hoger niveau gebracht en bijgedragen aan een volledig veilig assortiment. Dat doe je door mee te bouwen aan de systemen en proactief op de vloer aanwezig te zijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van QC-rondes in het DC en de Foodstores, en zorgen dat actiepunten op tijd worden opgevolgd
  • Neerzetten en continu verbeteren van de voedselveiligheidscultuur in de winkels
  • Controleren van labels en productspecificaties
  • Bewaken dat de ingangscontrole op de juiste manier wordt uitgevoerd
  • Controleren van certificaten, temperaturen en AGF door de hele keten
  • Meeschrijven aan beleid en de vertaalslag maken naar de winkels

Harde eisen

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet wat anderen over het hoofd zien
  • Je staat graag op de vloer en spreekt collega’s makkelijk aan
  • Je kunt beleid vertalen naar iets wat in de winkel echt werkt
  • Je bent beschikbaar van 1 februari 2027 tot en met 2 juni 2027
  • Je bent hbo- of wo-student, na je stage ben je klaar met studeren en kun je eventueel fulltime doorstromen
  • Grote pré: je hebt al kennis van HACCP of eerder in een kwaliteitsfunctie in food gewerkt
